This site seeks to be non-partisan, not aligned with any particular philosophy, dogma or ideology. It observes that the most successful societies are ones that create a middle class where people have a stake in their homeland and where they can pursue a livelihood that enables them to have a balanced budget. A livelihood means one is participating in society, that they find a purpose and meaning. The role of governing is to make that possible.
While mainstream media seems obsessed with playing the man, not the ball, we prefer to keep personalities out of this site. Judge the posts on their merit, on their words, not the author. As of late, deep thinkers have become reticent to put their name to public writing because social media lacks the immediate face-to-face feedback of bullying or anti-social interaction.
In face-to-face conversation, fighting words that would earn immediate cessation (or slap), are the norm online where people attack each other and then go one further, threatening their safety or going after their career. Thus, this site focuses on ideas not the human beings who write them.
